HPS YOGA with Hollie
Thursdays 2:15-3pm September 12th to November 14th
Hollie teaches yoga and mindfulness through the eyes and imagination of children. Yoga poses are woven through music, rhymes, and games, breath work, meditation, and mindfulness activities – showing children the tools to tune into themselves and become the best they can be.
This class helps children focus and tune inward to develop self-awareness, self-regulation, self-esteem, and calmness strategies. Physical benefits include increased flexibility, balance, strength, and coordination. This class is a great start to building life-long healthy habits.

HPS YOGA with Suzie and Amandi
Fridays 2:15-3pm September 13th to November 15th
Suzie Nagy teaches yoga classes to kids and adults throughout Cincinnati and internationally. She is a True Body Project leader and somatic educator specializing in teaching mind-body connection through movement modalities and meditation. Her classes for children support mindful breathing and movement practices with a sense of playfulness and community building.
